"My mother has been going to the Dora C. Howard Adult Day Care for three years. You have made it possible to keep my mother home with us while we go to work everyday. She was diagnosed with Dementia three and a half years ago and we were told she could not stay home alone any longer. We did not want her in a nursing home. We looked into the Adult Day Care, and it was perfect for us. I drop my mother off at 8:00 am and pick her up at 4:30 pm, which works out perfect with my work schedule. My mother enjoys the many activities you have like sing-a-longs, story telling, bowling, excercize, etc. She looks forward to having her nails done and her on scheduled days. She always enjoys your breakfast snacks, and the wonderful lunches. Knowing that you have two nurses on staff gives me pwace of mind while I am at work.
